HENRI & HERMAN GOES LIVE WITH INCADEA

After big merge in 2015 the company faced the necessity to unite as a single, strong organization.

"After a merger Stam Opel Nefkens needed to adapt quickly to changed conditions and develop best practice to offer market new and innovative services providing superior customer experience. In order to foster economic success of the company we needed to identify the best choice for our dealership. Our goal was to work smart and efficient, focus fully on the customers and their needs. We went through a full-scale IT companies’ analysis and decided in favor of incadea solutions as they fit the company organizational structure and meet all our needs. We decided to roll out the incadea.dms solution."

The Project

Phase I. Preparation – hardware replacement
Examination of the company’s system – suitability of hardware technical parameters with incadea.dms. In December 2015, Henri & Herman replaced the hardware to ensure that the systems were ready for the changes.

Phase II. Implementation of incadea.dms and employee trainings
Switching from the other DMS to incadea. In January 2016, there was set up a test environment with incadea.dms. The environment was used extensively to practice with the new system while also commencing incadea trainings. Good preparation was the key to getting off to a good start, and helped to ensure that Henri & Herman employees had the chance to get used to the incadea.dms. The system went live at the end of March 2016 and Henri & Herman is very satisfied with incadea. 

Phase III. Roll-out of the business plan, incadea.dms is an important part of this plan 
We’re now confident that we have prepared our organisation for the future. The next step in our action plan is to continue with the rollout of our business plan — rollout of incadea.dms across the entire Henri & Herman organisation. We see a bright future ahead for our company with incadea as a partner. The Opel brand is seeing improved sales figures and is definitely on the up. In short, the Henri & Herman is ready for whatever the future may hold!

ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

Henri & Herman is trusted and highly recognized Opel dealer in the Netherlands in Utrecht region, since 2010 has been importing Chevrolet, Cadillac and Corvette vehicles to their customers.

The company possesses four branches in the Netherlands and has a team of 110 employees. Henri & Herman helps to keep Opel drivers on the road. Operating as one of the largest and most diversified dealerships in the Netherlands Henri & Herman in addition to selling new cars and commercial vehicles, also stocks secondhand vehicles, with around 400 new cars and 250 used cars of all price classes in stock at any time. The head office in Amersfoort houses a vehicle damage repair business and a petrol station, completing a portfolio of services that places the company at the heart of Opel services in the central Netherlands region.
