incadea group establishes direct geographical market entry through its wholly owned subsidiary in Netherlands

incadea group, leading provider of enterprise software solutions and services to the global automotive retail and wholesale market, establishes a new direct geographical market entry to the Netherlands by taking over the DMS/Automotive business unit of its former partner, NORRIQ Netherlands B.V. Following the Group’s global growth strategy through selective market entries, incadea continues to increase its direct sales routes and international presence. The new incadea Netherlands will strongly focus on leveraging the strengths of incadea group as a global organization and a DMS market leader, while expanding its product offerings and focusing on innovation. In addition and as per agreement, existing employees of the former partner will be transferred to incadea Netherlands.

Patrick Katenkamp, CEO of incadea group stated, “We are very happy to open the doors of incadea Netherlands and look forward to start serving our customers directly under the incadea brand. Combining incadea’s automotive know-how, global reach and innovative product portfolio with the existing automotive activities and resources of NORRIQ Netherlands, the new company will now focus on delivering tremendous business benefits to the market“.

Casper Veltkamp, Managing Director of incadea Netherlands and former M.D. of NORRIQ Netherlands B.V. stated “We are extremely happy to become part of the incadea group. Leveraging the group’s international resources and automotive know how, incadea Netherlands will provide to the region innovative solutions and services that will fit perfectly to local market needs.
