Deal extends relationship with global OEM to cover entire Asia Pacific, transforming incadea’s presence in the region

incadea plc (LSE-AIM: INCA), a leading provider of enterprise software and services to the global automotive retail and wholesale industry, is pleased to announce that it has won a major contract worth more than USD$35 million over the next five years. This new contract extends the Group’s existing relationship with this global OEM in China to cover the whole of the Asia Pacific region.

incadea will initially deliver its innovative solutions to six additional markets (Japan, India and Southeast Asia) within the Asia Pacific region, covering approximately 1,000 franchised dealers with 15,000 users. The contract is transformational for the Group’s presence in the region as it triples the APAC installed user base, significantly accelerating incadea’s goal of establishing itself as the leading Dealer Management System (DMS) provider in China and Asia.

This project involves the implementation of incadea’s full product portfolio; DMS incadea.myengine, CRM solution, and mobile solution for the customer facing processes in sales and aftersales. The OEM has also selected incadea’s business intelligence and analytics solution which will allow for centralised business data consolidation at a national level, to enable improved forecasting and planning. The whole solution and implementation will be based on a cloud delivery model.

The agreement has the potential to expand into other markets in which the OEM has a strong presence, such as South America, Russia and Europe.

Patrick Katenkamp, Chief Executive Officer of incadea plc, commented: "We are delighted to be supporting the growth of one of the world’s leading car manufacturers across the entire Asia Pacific region. This significant deal is further evidence of the market leading nature of our software and we believe cements our leading position within this growth region of the automotive industry.”
