INCADEA TO SURPASS ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND END USERS MILESTONE

Munich, May 22nd – incadea, a Cox Automotive Brand - a leading provider of international automotive retail solutions, today announced that it has surpassed the 100,000 end users milestone. Through its state of the art core product portfolio, which includes a dealer management solution, business intelligence, and customer relationship management solutions, incadea now serves over 100,000 end users across 4,000 dealerships, in 100 geographical markets. 

With a proven ‘one – industry’ focus and deep automotive expertise, incadea has been the vendor of choice for OEMs and their dealer networks since its foundation in 2000. 

The first decade: Building strong customer relationships for a sustainable future

Headquartered in Germany, the company has established long term and successful relationships with leading OEMs such as BMW, VW and Opel since its formative years. As a result, incadea attained more than 10,000 end users in 2004. Continued business success during the following years is a direct result of the company’s successful cooperation with Microsoft, strategically positioning incadea as a leader in the DMS industry.

From 2011 till 2014: Gaining international exposure and serving customers around the globe.
 
With a strong commitment in supporting its customers business requirements, incadea began initiating its international expansion plans by opening offices in several countries across the globe, including Russia, India, Taiwan, New Zealand, China, Mexico, Greece, Spain, Portugal, and The Netherlands. Significant project successes and cooperation with PSA, Lincoln China, Scania, and Mercedes Benz Mexico enabled incadea to reach the 50,000 end users milestone, across more than 2,000 dealerships, by the end of 2012. In 2014, and through key agreements in China (Porsche, Bosch) and Asia Pacific (Ford), the company reported 70,000 end users. 

From 2015 till today: focusing on service excellence 

In 2015, the company decided to enter the tire and aftersales market via a strategic acquisition. Soon after, incadea signed an agreement with Michelin China to deploy incadea.fastfit, the tire business management solution in over 2,000 TYREPLUS Service Centers across the country. 
During the same year, the company became a part of Cox Automotive Inc. and started working together with the Atlanta-based leader in digital marketing, wholesale and e-commerce solutions across the automotive industry. With an enriched product portfolio including cutting-edge solutions that transform the way the world buys, sells, and owns cars, incadea entered a new era.

By the middle of 2016, incadea reached 90,000 end users, while establishing a direct presence in Italy, Norway, Middle East, and South Korea. During the same period, with standout superior customer service, the company was recognized with the 2016 Europe Frost & Sullivan Award for Customer Service Leadership. 

As of Q1 2017, additional software licenses from incadea customers in China contributed to reaching the 100,000 end users milestone.
