incadea has been selected by BMW to be its DMS Development Partner. With this partnership, incadea will help BMW shape the future for its new Retail Integration Framework and how BMW integrates with its Dealers’ DMS (Dealer Management System). As a result of this partnership, incadea will be one of the first DMS providers to be certified with BMW’s new integration framework. This integration will cover the complete, end-to-end business processes from CRM & Sales through Aftersales & Service.
