Real Consulting Group acquires a majority stake in incadea GmbH

incadea acquires 75.1 % of Bright Consult, which is focused on the Russian automotive retail solutions market and a member  of the “Russian Automotive Dealers” association

Based on the company's business plan for geographical expansion, incadea establishes subsidiaries in China, India,Taiwan and New Zealand
